About the Role
Our client is urgently seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for their Iselin/Woodbridge, NJ office (onsite).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury litigation files from intake through resolution.
- Draft and prepare complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement demands.
- Gather, organize, and summarize medical records and case documentation.
- Communicate with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Schedule depositions, IMEs, hearings, and maintain attorney calendars.
- Handle state court e-filings and monitor all deadlines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience (preferred)
- Strong litigation support skills, including drafting, case management, and discovery
- Ability to work onsite 5 days/week
