Qualifications:
- Experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation
- Experience in working in IRM domain out of which some experience in the role of IRM Architect
- Experience in ServiceNow IRM design of ServiceNow IRM model, plugins, and accelerators.
- Should have worked extensively on ServiceNow Integrations with other external systems
- Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management
- Understanding of various regulations like GDPR, ISO etc. (Good to have)
Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow technology
- ServiceNow platform, specifically with FSO and CSM involving Financial Service Data Model
- ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web.
- Experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
- Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
- Experience of ServiceNow solution Implementation (configuration and customization) experience
