Job Title: Trademark Operations Supervisor

Role Summary:
Client is looking for a Trademark Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our Trademark practice. To supervise support staff, optimize workflows, and partner closely with attorneys, paralegals, and firm leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:

Supervise Trademark Paralegals, including check-ins, workload management, and performance tracking

Manage billable targets and productivity metrics

Lead onboarding, training, and professional development for the team

Directly manage the Trademark Transfer Specialist and Practice Assistant

Create and maintain procedural manuals; foster a high-performance team culture

Oversee and optimize trademark workflows, redistribute resources as needed, and drive process improvements

Act as a key liaison between attorneys, paralegals, leadership, and support teams

Provide operational insights for staffing and capacity planning; support change management
Qualifications:

5+ years in trademark prosecution operations, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

Deep expertise in U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, docketing systems, and trademark operations infrastructure

Proven ability to coach, develop, and manage teams

Bachelor’s degree required
