Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Greenville, NC
Duration: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and cleaners.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe.
- Place and manage orders for supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team in maintenance or facilities.
- HVAC certification required.
- Skilled in plumbing and heating installation.
- Ability to maintain and service pools.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
