About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and work closely with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality ABA services.
We partner with multiple ABA providers across Ohio, allowing us to match qualified candidates with opportunities close to their location.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans based on data.
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, physicians, and educators.
- Ensure compliance with payer, Medicaid, state, and ethical guidelines.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and mentor new clinical staff.
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Ohio Behavior Analyst License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising RBTs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation for community or in-home services, if required.
